We currently accept credit card payments via PayPal and bank transfers. Soon, we will be adding the option to pay directly by credit card on our website.

We offer both in-person and virtual services. If the service requires in-person
attendance, an additional fee for travel expenses may apply.

While our services have a defined scope, our priority is to provide solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations. If customization or modifications are needed, we will work to accommodate them.

We do not require a minimum booking time; however, we recommend requesting services at least three days in advance. This allows us to better understand your needs, design smart solutions, and optimize the work session.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EST) and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (EST). If you require service outside these hours, we will do our best to accommodate you for an additional fee.
